I reached rank 28 for this season and got a nostalgic engram, I open it and it gave me an exotic weapon with a shader. As I was preparing to enter a strike, then I checked my inventory and found nothing new there then I thought got to go back town for them to appear. However, after I was done with the strike mission and head back town to check my inventory including parcels, vault etc. I got nothing, my rewards from that nostalgic engram are gone and it said I have claimed and open the engram. This is so frustrating. Pls return the nostalgic engram to me if cant give me back my exotic weapon and shader. I open the engram on 17th Oct 2019, around 11.30 pm Malaysia time, it is the 28th reward from the current season.
