Season passes on unintended set of characters

On another post I made, a support employee told me that Bungie is "actively investigating other missing entitlement issues." The wording troubled me because my season pass isn't "missing." I know exactly where it is. On Oct. 1st I set up cross-save prior to logging in, but it for some reason had my Xbox account as my active set of characters when I thought my Steam account was the active set. So, to recover my Steam characters, I had to deactivate cross-save and now I have no way of accessing my season passes for 90 days. The season will end before I will be able to access Season of the Undying. I would like to know if Bungie is investigating an issue where the season passes were applied to an unintended set of characters. Please don't just tell me "it's impossible to transfer season passes between accounts" or any variation of that sentence because I already know the current situation. I just want to know whether or not this issue will be addressed at any point in the future - preferably before Season of the Undying ends. Thanks. P.S.   • Hello, Thank you for your report. Season Passes are bound to the first Destiny account that a player logs in with after their purchase, even if no characters have been created on it yet. For that reason, we urge all players to set up Cross Save prior to purchasing Shadowkeep, if they intend on playing with characters from different platforms. Players who applied their Season Passes to an unintended Destiny account for any reason will still find that their Season Passes are available on those characters if they ever choose to log in with them.

    • Did you buy Shadowkeep on Xbox or PC? I have been left on "Thanks for the information, we're currently investigating this issue." since Oct 8.
