Bungie accounts thinks I already migrated an account to my Steam account??

I played a bit not long after Shadowkeep came out using crossplay to use my PSN characters on PC because I deleted Destiny 2 from my PS4 and once you've disabled crossplay you can't enable it again for 90 days and I wanted to get my character's levels up before I started on my PC characters, but once I disabled crossplay and started the migration process it told me that an account had already been migrated onto my Steam account... Now I have a copy of Shadowkeep on Steam but none of my characters to play it with, additionally the only solution I've been offered (creating a new Steam account) means I'd have either have to give up my characters and Forsaken PC license OR keep my characters and Forsaken and forfeit the Shadowkeep license I JUST bought. I submitted a ticket with the new support system but they just told me to create a new account as well......... This is especially frustrating since I've already bought the base game, DLC and Forsaken for PS4 and again on PC JUST before parts of the game started to become free and at this point it's become extremely frustrating having to keep coughing up money just to play a game I've already paid for multiple times.... I genuinely enjoy the game and I was willing to save the money and pay so I could play the game with my friends on multiple platforms but I'm still a poor artist and this feels insulting and painful..... and even if I decide that I'd be willing to just use cross save and buy a new forsaken license, I won't be able to play for another 90 days.........................................................   • I just tried another one of Bungie’s “fixes” that was posted to another persons exact same scenario...big surprise...it didn’t work.

  • You're SOL, brother. About 100 or more peopl have posted on here about the exact same or similar problems. All you'll get is a reply from a bot telling you to try again, make a new steam account, or fill out a form that wont get a response. I did my transfer in August as SOON as they made it available. Now when I log in I have no characters and they don't show up on the cross save sign up.

    • They're telling that to everyone as an excuse not to fix the clearly broken save transfer system. They don't care to resolve it, and they've outright refused to do anything at all on several public occasions. Spend your money elsewhere.
