Season pass not active on my account, Bought Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Digital Deluxe Edition

Hello, This is my first post to the forums because I'm not sure what else to do at this point besides simply pay again for the season pass... I purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition on steam, I received the other rewards, but the season pass is not currently active on my account. I can't find a service to contact or a way to refund deluxe edition since it was already redeemed and played through. I just don't want to miss out on content and season pass rewards that I rightfully paid for already. Please help.

  • Hi there, Thanks for your report. Looking at your account, it looks like you activated Cross Save for the first time after accepting the in-game Cross Save dialogue and your season passes were applied to your Xbox account. Unfortunately, season passes cannot be transferred to other accounts.
