Cross Save Authentification

I can't complete my cross save because my Xbox live account wont authenticate. I cannot remove it from my profile either and I want it gone because I don't own an Xbox anymore and I have literally nothing related to D2 on my Xbox profile. Help? I just want to play on PC.

I have the same issue with my steam account and and error 500 pop up. It link my blizzard account perfectly and I use my psn to sign in
