Frozen User Interface

This started a couple of days ago but whenever I try to access gear details, dismantle gear, use a consumable, turn in a bounty, purchase from a vendor, or even access a triumph completion, the screen I’m on freezes and won’t accept any symbol button inputs until I change screens and then change back so it would unfreeze. At first, the screen would let me do a few button inputs after the switch, but now I can only go one input, screen switch, input again, switch, rinse and repeat. Please look into this issue and let me know if it is fixable. Do I need to refresh game data or something? Thank you and have a nice day.
