Great stuff already in game, heres some constructive criticism

This post is for anyone to see and agree/disagree with, however it is mainly aimed at Bungie for specific feedback on things in the game already. They are hard at work with the new content we are all excited for, but in anticipation for new stuff, the old can be forgotten. Here’s what could use a fix • This section is for more general wants and desires of the community o Allowing old vendors to sell their armor with year two perks and stats, thus allowing for more customization of characters cosmetically. This would make places like titan and Io more worthwhile to be on o Generally speaking, strike specific loot and gear is what we have been wanting and missing. The chase after something beautiful, distinct, and fairly uncommon made doing strikes and nightfalls amazing in D1. Suggestion is to put a lot more effort and time into creating unique strike weapons yes, but more specifically armor, as that is what guardians see most. o Loading times of characters and world, as well as other quality of life fixes, would improve gameplay. o This one is only a hope, but some more customization to subclass trees could allow for more interesting and diverse gameplay. If efforts were made to prevent and one see from being too dominant, I don’t see why not from a gameplay standpoint • Armor perks, like reserves, seem underwhelming. Id suggest either drastically increasing the amount of carriable ammo, or make "spawning ammo" increase in both PvE and PvP • Various supers could use some balancing o Thundercrash needs more damage on impact, as well as more armor o Nova warp and blade barrage need adjustments, but that’s known o “Slowva Bomb” could use better tracking and more speed o Most others have their ups and downs in various settings, but with new balances just make sure to look at them and adjust as necessary • Exotics armor o Some exotic armor, like eternal warrior, and possibly* skull of dire ahamkara, need to be looked at to provide a more inclusive role for them and the supers they affect. o One eyed Mask and Ursas need to be looked at. The solution I am not sure of, but they do prove to be a problem in pvp and pve. o Eye of another world, as well as other “improved regeneration of ___” exotics need to be both buffed and explicitly stated as to what theyre improving and by how much o The aeon exotic armor is very underwhelming. Suggestion is to make the set a very rare legendary armor piece, possibly drop in hard activities like EP. \However, any adjustment will make them better. • As for exotic weapons o Queenbreaker in gambit is currently a small problem. This could potentially be resolved with either a direct weapon change. It has too much aim and and bullet magnatism. I nerf to either of those stats would be helpful. Either this, or slight change to the invasion system in gambit (such as with information provided of enemy locations). o Whisper of the worm seems too powerful in pve settings, nearly to the point of preventing any other weapons from being “viable”. My suggestion is a change to white nail, to make it more like 4th times the charm. This would prevent the “unlimited ammo” while still retaining high damage. o Exotics that need buffs in any way shape or form, due to their lack of viability in both pve and pvp. Marked with ** means to be careful with any adjustments ♣ Worldine zero ♣ Sturm ♣ The huckleberry ♣ Cerberus + 1 (range specifically) ♣ Wishender** ♣ Sweet business** ♣ Coldheart** ♣ Lord of wolves ♣ Darci** • This section covers legendary weapons mostly o Big one is to again allow year 1 weapons a change into year two stats, like what was done with Better Devils. This extends into the Leviathan weapons to allow mods, nightfall weapons (like DFA) to have multiple perks, and EP weapons to be forsaken level too. The community wants to be able to use weapons that we worked for and not have them be out competed due to lacking an extra perk o Scout rifles need a buff in some way. Damage over a distance needs improvement specifically. o For PvE, swords have been lackluster overall. Potentially, a perk that provides armor could make them more viable, but there are other ways as well. o Submachine guns don’t have a place in PvE or PvP much, so a buff feels fair to them. Potentially in overall magazine size or something else. o Escalation Protocol weapons would be great to have in year 2 style, but providing more weapons would be great too. Primaries and heavies to drop would make ep more of a viable activity overall, rather than just for the shotgun and friends o Luna’s Howl is, a bit egregious of a weapon in PvP. The time to kill is very small and the weapon is very easy to use. I know this weapon is near and dear to many, but a small adjustment in some way to the weapon would allow for a better time in crucible for all. • With the Luna’s howl, the meta in crucible… o Is actually alright. Shotguns are prevalent (for better or worse) and primaries (at least some) are being used a good amount. Many weapon types that aren’t popular could be once metas change, but that is the natural course of destiny PvP. My only suggestions, after hearing and reading about the community’s reactions for a while, would be to the 180 rof handcannons, “Bygones” type pulses, and possibly shotguns overall. I will not claim to know exactly what to do with each, but you know a problem when you see it. o A strange change, but fusion and “sticky” grenades are never, ever used. Their damage is very low so upping that could allow them to be used more in not only PvP but also PvE o The special ammo situation with sniper is bit off, as being a distance weapon makes running out to pick up the ammo unpractical, while shotguns have a much easier and more natural time doing it. Potentially spawning with 3 shots could help, but the folks and Bungie can probably come up with something. • All of this in mind… o The game is great and an absolute blast to play. This whole list is not to discredit the work everyone at bungie has put in, but rather a form of constructive criticism to it. We all want Destiny to be the best it can be, and small improvements are a way to attain that goal. Thank you for readings That Was Moses
