Help! Can’t connect to server!

Hey, having a lot of issues connecting to the destiny 2 server on ps4. Literally cannot connect and i’ve checked both psn and bungee server statuses and they’re both up. I don’t know what’s going on here and I really don’t like that i’m missing out on iron banner. Any help is appreciated.

 • Hi. Thank you for your report. If you are on a wireless connection, a wired connection is recommended to play Destiny. If your internet connection is being used for anything else besides playing the game, such as watching a movie or streaming, it's recommended to quit those programs. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
1. Clearing your console cache or Performing a Scan and Repair in the Battle.net app 2. Power cycling your internet router 3. Review our guide on improving latency and packet loss to see if that might help 4. Following our Network Troubleshooting Guide for best optimizing your connection to Destiny. • First off, what error messages (if any) are you getting? The most common issue is ports not being forward which is leading to the game traffic not being properly routed to your PS. If you have access to your router settings, the best thing you can do to help alleviate connection issues is to turn on a setting called Universal Plug and Play (UPnP). Essentially, it tells your router to ask the device what ports it wants to forward and takes care of it for you.
