I think you may be confusing the year 1 Expansion Pass with the year 2 Annual Pass.

So the people that paid 100$ in the beginning will have the annual pass, and the people that chose to pay 60$ or 70$ I forgot will just have the pass dlcs and that’s it?

No, people who payed $100 in the beginning have the EXPANSION PASS. That gave them access to CoO and Warmind [b][u]MONTHS[/u][/b] before the folks that are buying it now. Are you upset that Destiny 2 was given away for free to PS Plus users as well?
