Handheld Supernova Glitch
Sooooo, this glitch costed us a comp game. The handheld supernova exploded in thin air and killed me instead of the 2 guys on the breaker.

Even AI's shooting can trigger an explosion that cause damage or kill you cause grenade/rocket explodes in your face like if it was shoot/thrown against the floor/wall.
