I also got the email however it came like 3 weeks after I had already earned the reward and also claimed it. The Reward Email system was either implemented much later or it took weeks for the Bungie email server to send out the millions of emails to the 2.5 million or more players that played Forsaken. Don't recall the dates but looking at my reward it shows this Complete! Reward Expires on this date: Oct 16, 2018 3:00 AM

  • I get that there's a large number of people to notify - and I'm glad there are so many playing Forsaken! The email system takes time to notify everyone of the reward. That's a well-documented, known "feature" of any mass mailing system. Bungie surely knows this. If they don't know how large their "send window" is, that's on them - and something that they really should know, anyway. The idea that either A) they don't know the window, B) they didn't care how close it was to the redemption window closing, or C) they didn't consider the possibility that this kind of thing would happen is a problem that needs to be addressed. It's going to create more problems for them if they don't fix it, too.

  • The date to redeem the reward has been extended to Oct 16. The prior date was Sept 30

  • I just tried again, and got the same "Reward expired" message. Hopefully that's rolling out to everyone. Here's the thing though: there was [b][i]never[/i][/b] an expiration date communicated. Just a completion date. Big difference.

  • I don't see that as an option on my list (went via the link on the main Bungie.net page). Possibly because it's expired? The only page where I see the soundtrack reward is when I click the link from the email.

  • In the GAME in the Triumphs section have you accepted/claimed all of them , especially the ones related to this reward. Also you can access the whole rewards page via the bungie.net web page , click on your profile picture to see drop down menu with the choice "REWARDS"

  • I've accepted all of my triumphs in the game. I'll double check tonight to be sure, but I'm confident that's not the issue. I'm guessing they don't show the rewards that were not claimed, only the ones that are available or going to be upon completion of whatever criteria they set. I checked the rewards page via the profile link as well, it's the same one I saw earlier. I appreciate you trying to help out, BTW. Just frustrated with how this thing has shaken out so far.

  • I checked on YouTube and Bungie has a playlist with all the 32 musical numbers from the CD and also the older ones from Osiris and Warmind as well. It looks like the whole collection is there. 53 tracks in total.

  • That's cool and all, but some of us don't want to have to rely on YouTube for the soundtracks when we were supposed to be able to get them via other means (that some of us earned and are being denied) in the first place.
