Legendary Solar gauntlet mod

I've been playing almost every day for a long time and still can't get a legendary solar gauntlet mod for any of my 3 characters. I would like to get that so my characters can run a solid solar mod armor. Please fix this!!!

This isn't a bug... There's something called RNG, it stands for random number generator. You probably have really bad luck.
