Hi, when I got the code for an unique emblem ("Destiny 2 Planet of Peace Exclusive Emblem") I went to the redemption page and created an account linking my blizzard profile and using it's email (vin.roma@live.it) and then tried to redeem the code before finishing the installation of the game, Destiny 2, and it sayed that "the code is valid but you don't have destiny 2 on your linked account" (it clearly didn't say it was redeemed this way). So I installed and launched destiny 2 and then i figured out i already had a bungie account since 2010 and that the e-mail was even the same, but linked to my xbox profile (it should be impossible to create another account with the same email, but, idk how, it happened). Well, so i logged in my historical account and linked my blizzard profile there, and doing so the other account got eliminated permanently (even when i use the link i received to verify the email for the newly created account i can't retrieve it). The only problem is that when i try to redeem the code now, even if the profile with destiny 2 is the same, it says it's already redeemed on another account (even if I didn't receive my item anywhere!). I think you can agree that this is a paradoxical situation and that i think it's not my fault, because i'm using only one email, connected with only one account with destiny 2 purchased, so how could I redeem a destiny 2 item anywhere else? I hope you can find a way to retrieve the emblem for me or at least the account where i put the code in the first time, so i can link the Blizzard account back there and get my emblem, at least because it was a non-purchasable and chaity-promoting item, and i think it's a situation to work out, not to suppress. I love Bungie since Halo C.E. and it would be a sad let down if you guys can't help in a similar problem...
