Sagira's Shell across characters
How come Sagira's Shell is not in the Collections tab of the Vault so we can use it on all 3 characters? I understand why ghosts/sparrows/ships are not able to do this, because they are tied to Eververse and bright dust.. but Sagira is awarded via game and is exotic.. it should be able to be on 3 characters at once without constantly moving it around similar to exotic emotes.
