Turtle

Hi there. i keep getting a error code call Turtle! i have cleared my game cache twice, now an ethernet cable is connected and am getting no packet loss when i test do a detailed test from the xbox. My upload is just below one and my download if over 4.5 Mb/s. Is my connection to slow?
