you may have been experiencing lag, but you missed the shot rather badly. only a few of the pellets would have hit. not enough to kill him. i paused it a the 9 second mark and you can clearly see your shot going to the upper left of his head. i am in no way saying lag doesn't exist, cause its more rampant now, with a smaller player base, but that was more you missing than lag.
