Flavor Text: Charging.....Charging....Cha-firing. Starting perk: Kinetic Barrage- Energy charged from fusion is use to fire out multiple shells instead of energy bolts, allows for precision damage. Exotic perk: Concentrated Fury- Allows the user to hold down the charge indefinitely. The longer it is held the tighter the spread becomes. (this does cap off at a point, so while you can hold the charge forever the spread does stop getting tighter at a point). (Good suggestion) Continuing to hold the button after the maximum point causes the player to take damage over time. This is a heavily modified fusion rifle that seems to be a blend of technologies both old and new as the main compartment is made of a prototype fusion chamber, but the barrel and ammo housing seem to be made from golden age weaponry. The energy is charged and stored in the main compartment of the weapon. When the energy is released it travels to the secondary part causing a reaction that release the shells at a great velocity. What causes the exact reaction is yet to be known. Edit: For those wondering E.T.D stands for Electronic Transference Device.
