Making the gunsmith relevant again

here is my idea on how to make the gunsmith relevant again - each test weapon currently has 1 perk automatically unlocked on it, why not make a test weapon for each possible perk on a gun, then when you complete the test weapon you dismantle it and get a 'perk core' or something with that specific perk locked into it (or maybe make each test weapon have 2/3 perks on it and you choose which core you want), then when arms day comes around you can choose any of the arms day weapons to pick up which you have packages for HOWEVER you can replace any possible nodes with a perk you have stored in a core. notes - - these cores will be one use to stop people from being able to get god rolls constantly, however while waiting for a gun you want to come up you could stockpile several counterbalance cores for example - due to inventory size it may be better to have a 'perk data cluster' which holds all the perks you have collected which can be viewed as a list by inspecting it for ease of use
