Not arguing that but again it's tied to warlocks which not everyone plays, if you were to bring up something like hung jury or another scout an argument could be made but because it is not obtainable by all the it is a moot point.

Doesn't need to be obtainable by all to be considered as the best gun because it's still a gun in the game.

I wouldn't go as far as saying best, all 3 exotic scout have great strength currently, the player makes the gun honestly because if you can't hit the broadside of a barn it still looks like trash to someone with poor aim.
