Iron Banner Ideas and Weapons?

So.... Here's my thoughts on this iron banana and the event as a whole. I like IB, I enjoy control, clash, and rift (rift being my least favorite) as IB game modes. Here's the thing though; playing any one of these too many times in a row gets boring as shit. It leaves a sour taste in my mouth at the end of the grind. It makes me not want to play them for a long while afterward. Sure you have some games that are too campy = boring. Some that are too rushy/sweaty = frustrating. Some where you get stomped by a team of 6 = unbearable. Some where there's too much lag = infuriating although, for me, personally, this one has been much better on the lag front. It seems like after 2 days the event settles into a rut where these scenarios repeat time and time again.... So after playing for a few days I'm left bored, frustrated, and infuriated. How about a mosh pit type IB? Control, clash, rift mixed... All 6v6 game modes. I believe that would alleviate the rut feeling because every game would be something different. Different play styles, different weapon setups, different class setups, adjustments need to be made based on map and mode every game... Not just sitting in queue wondering how campy the next clash match will be... The framework is there with the freelance 6v6 playlist. Can't you just incorporate that into IB for some variety? Plus when/if map voting gets put in, that adds yet another interesting component to it. I'd like to hear the community input on this so good, bad, or indifferent, what do all y'all think of that? Also, I just want to touch on weapons. I've had quite a few instances where I'm using a scout and I lose a gun fight at range against a doctrine of passing... I'm talking 50+m out. **this is not a nerf post** if each weapon archetype has its own range niche, in which it should be effective then why would anyone be out shot at scout range by an auto rifle? I'm merely pointing out the inconsistency here. I'm not saying nerf anything. I'm also not sure how to regain the consistency but somethings really fishy when stuff like that happens. It's makes it hard to get in a groove when you're not quite sure where the sweet spot is... Or the sweet spot changes map to map, game to game. Interested to hear thoughts on this as well. Sry for writing a book here but if you stuck it out... Let's hear what you have to say...
