Yes, I know, but they are human-like robots. What would a sentinel be if we already have human-like robots? Make sense? It's like going backwards in technology.

Sentinel would be combat focus only, there is nothing that makes it human like. Sure it could represent a living organism, like a hive, cabal, or vex, but why not just make a sentinel that is a rouge vex? A rouge vex would just be an AI vex that "thought" for itself and decided it no longer liked what the vex stood for and decided to come the "light" side. Try to have a little imagination.

It would be like putting them on the same level as Warlocks, Hunters, and Titans when those three are innately more advanced. There's a difference in having an imagination and just throwing crap at the wall. Engineers took some imagination to find a a fit in the Destiny world too, but they would at least be bringing something new to the table apart from what we already have.
