I haven't raided with a team in months (except to mess around) i already have all the loot I could ever want and don't feel like dealing with Noobs who don't know how to raid. In the past people said can't join unless you have Ghorn in my experience people may have Ghorn but are still terrible and do not know how to raid. Back when Crota was tough people would join not know what to do but have Ghorn.
