Please take his name off because that's naming names and shaming and that violates the code of conduct while in not sure if her is cheating just try not to play a lot so he can't really join you and try to play other games too

How about making the fireteam full? Pretty sure that won't work and or how about doing stuff and trying to them quickly so he won't hopefully join

he joins the xbox live party and starts talking, and when we tried going to game chat he kept messaging one of our fireteam members
