Help Save Brandy! Plz Like Post (SERIOUS Post)
Hello guys thanks for reading this I'm advance, Our dog Brandy is in intensive care since Thursday due to her not being able to breathe right. The doctors says it's either pneumonia or lung cancer, and if it is the latest (hope not) the operation might prove to be really expensive. As of today she is doing better but the bills keep racking up and any effort to help save her would be absolutely amazing!

Update: Brandy is doing better now and has moved to doing treatments at home so hope for the best

#Community would be a good place for your post. We recently lost our 12 year old dog, it sucks. Good news is we adopted a great little rescue from humane society and she is awesome! Best of luck to you guys.

9 RepliesI'm sorry for what I will say in advance. I don't want to sound like a douche or rude. I do understand the meaning of an animal and how big of a deal an animal can represent to a single or multiple human beings. Sometimes we get very attached to an animal, even if it's a little parakeet or a dog...any animal as a matter of fact. The truth of the matter is that in all honesty I don't think is a big deal what you're doing trying to save your dog's life and trying to get help financially. It's not good enough for me. I know it sounds very douche but it's the truth and I'll explain why. You see, there are animals out there being treated like shit and that's not the worst, there are animals in danger of extinction. To me that's more dramatic and more worth donating money towards those causes. We do need the animals and the animals need us. As we live in planet Earth we all need each other. But donating just to save a "pet" is not the right reason to actually give away money when there are far worst things out there. Don't get me wrong, I hope you do find a way to get your dog better. But asking me to donate is a bit extreme. Some might hate me for this which is fine I understand and I'll take all the criticism but that won't change my opinion. If people want to help you, bless you dude...seriously. But in my opinion is not worth it when there are far more worth causes to help animals out there. I know animals have us to protect them and I don't want to sound like a human life is better than an animal's life, but the truth is that to me a human life is a bit more precious than an animal's life. So what I'm trying to say here is that if it were your child's life I would definitely agree with the cause and the donation. We are not better nor more than an animal, but our race in the end is first at least to me. Again sorry if my opinions hurt anyone else, but that's how it is to me. Wish you the best with your dog.
