No. No perk makes it a two-shot kill, therefore is just as good as any other hand cannon. Smh.

Not in favor of nerfing it but it actually can be spec'd to be a potential 2 shot

Potential two-shot, but not guaranteed. I have a perk that gives it a potential two-shot, Final Round, but that's not guaranteed. It's like a mini-Hawkmoon.
