I have discovered a new technology, created by an old warlockian scientist I know from the Crusade. It will help us sustain our great capitol's energy needs. It only needs to be fueled once, and will retain it's ability for all of eternity.
The only catch is, it requires human blood to function. The entire lifeblood supply of 5 humans.
The renewable energy this could produce would not only improve living conditions but potentially save and lengthen lives altogether.
I can use the blood of those I execute, this does not have to be a willing sacrifice... But it can be.
Does any one wish to truly give their life for the Good of the Empire?

How the -blam!- can you put anything into that skin tight suit?

The Scouters can analyze and capture samples of the DNA of the fauna we encounter. They also can map the terrain as we travel.

That's more like it

While beneficial, this causes huge ethical and moral issues. Can it only be human blood? Not some synthetic form?

...///PERHAPS I MAY UTILIZE THIS FOR MYSELF. I'LL CUT YOU A DEAL, ORGANIC: [Forefather] BLOOD IN EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME TECHNOLOGY.

Wait what? (._. )

Well we have mSsive energy pylons and an antimatter generator, is it really necessary?

I figured this were powering the world shield thing. This is more like for the everyday uses, it's eternal, unlimited, doesn't cause cancer, and has a one time charge up. If we don't need it I'll tell my warlock buddy to muff off.

Eh it's not in my jurisdiction
