Lets make some time zone lists!

Alrighty folks, since many of us are scattered around the globe, let's start posting some time zones. We can then get a rough idea of how shifts are gonna go for strikes/raids/shenanigans. Maybe lets base this on GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) since we have an international crowd here. This is only a list, as a way to help out admins for later scheduling and for launch time fun! I am on -7 GMT (PST)
