How and why does High Charity arrive at the ARC?
I mean, doesn't that mean it bypassed all of earths defenses to go through the portal? Is the portal even that big to support the holy city?

We still don't know, but Catalog 'recently' revealed that it has something to do with anomalous slipspace activity on Mars. High Charity did not end up going to Earth.
