Exotic Kvostov Quest Issue: I have all bosses killed, stuck at 16 Motes.
As title says, I have completed all bosses in each region. No exotic mote has dropped.
Is the quest still bugged? Perhaps they just put the boss in but didn't re-enable the quest thing? I don't know, just throwing out guesses.
Thanks for reading, I hope a concrete answer can be issued soon to others who also have this issue.

You may have to kill the Meatball a couple of times.

Go to blooming area and complete solo, take your time with the boss as well! Kill all the ads each round then finish him off. Worked like this for me after I ran it like 10 times without the mote dropping. Another fix I’ve heard of is people putting all there motes in vault then running it but the first option worked for me
