The red scarecrow took the blood that splattered across its face, and it did nothing about it as it swung at Isaac again with an overhead strike.
The green hatted crow suddenly spun around, its blade spinning with its as it cut across Arianna's body.
The leader immediately stood up, and looked upon the battle.
All of this happened as the blue hat continued to dance and play it's instrument as it walked across the air.

Isaac finally pulled off a dodge, stepping beside a torch as he grabbed it from its position. The blood eventually hardened, before seeping into the scarecrow's face. From there on, it began to chop through fabric, the blood literally sawing through like blades. The intent was to...literally tear the thing apart from the inside. Meanwhile, he began searching for an instrument to play: outside of the tambourine, horn and the leader's instrument, of course. Arianna decided to put the last of her Aura to use, yelling as the shield flared up one last time - she allowed the scarecrow to launch itself towards her, her blade sent horizontally through its belly through a slashing movement: while her Aura shattered, her shielding breaking - her intent was to slice the scarecrow in two and send its remains flying towards its leader.

Arianna's blade cut through the green crow like butter and it went flying at the leader in two pieces. The leader swung his blade and the remains but against his own blade and protected him. He flipped over Arianna and landed in the middle of the room, where he had plenty of space. The red scarecrow stumbled over to Isaac as straw fell from its face. It suddenly ran at him and swung in a malicious frenzy. That was when he realized the creature backed him into the corner of the dark room. The bluer scarecrow stopped playing music and dropped to the ground where it picked up its fallen comrades weapon.

Arianna merely twirled her nodachi with a sudden adrenaline, letting out a grunt as she took position: right foot in front, left foot behind, as she kept her nodachi raised high. The blade glistened with a vibrant light blue light, her body gleaming with said light as well. For a moment, her speed and power would be increased. Isaac meanwhile charged at the scarecrow and dropped the torch as it began its assault, before sliding upon the castle foundation and drawing his kama, swinging it at the scarecrow's leg. The plan was to trip the monster and send it falling into the fire.

Isaac sent the leg lopping to the ground in an explosion of straw as it let out a terrifying laugh. It used its blade to balance itself before it could fall, and it quickly jumped through the air towards Isaac and brought its blade down on him in a sweeping arc. Meanwhile the blue scarecrow suddenly jumped and became a flurry tornado of steel as it spun around incredibly fast. It's blade contacted Ari's and she felt the force behind the blow shake up her arms as the crow pushed its blade against hers as soon as the contact was made and he dropped to the ground to grind its steel against Ari's blade.

Isaac yelled as he narrowly dodged, the blade cleaving through his armored vest again as he stumbled upwards. He fired two shock rounds at the scarecrow before beginning to reload, searching for other incoming monstrosities. Arianna almost roared with sudden adrenaline, as she suddenly leaned down, allowing her sword to scrape past the scarecrow's as she took position underneath him. She then rammed her blade into the being's stomach, while that would allow it to attack yet - if her plan worked, would result in its likely death.

The blasts completely obliterated the blue scarecrow and it [i]poofed![/i] into an explosion of straw. The sickle fell to the ground in front of Isaac, the weapon it carried. Arianna sent her own blade thrusting upwards into the blue crow. It let out a terrifying laugh before it went limp and fell over her shoulder, its tambourine dropping to the ground. The leader, the scarecrow with the brown hat, stood its ground in the centre of the room. "You...killed...them." It said. "Y-you...will...pay..."

Arianna gritted her teeth as she strafed to the side of the dead scarecrow, effectively tearing through its side and allowing it to collapse. She waved her blade to the side, straw falling from sharpened steel as she spoke. "We are borne of the blood-" Arianna muttered before bringing her sword back up, as Isaac finished reloading and took aim.

The scarecrow then began to have smoke emit from his body. It's shot leg seemed to sow itself back together and as it did so the leader leapt through the air without any run to strengthen it.

The crow twirled around the shots as it landed with a flip. As it landed it brought its blade down and cut Isaac's weapon in half as it landed with a small shockwave that gave off around it.

Isaac was sent stumbling back, dropping his destroyed pistol as his shielding reactivated to combat the scarecrow. "...Undone by the blood-" Arianna finished, as she came from behind the scarecrow and thrusted her sword into its body, holding the weapon like a spear.

The crow quickly turned and swung his blade at Ari's, sending it out of the way as the crow leapt over her with a flip and slashed towards her with a heavy slash that came from over his shoulder.

Arianna's blade was indeed knocked to the side, but that allowed her to immediately bring the sword upwards and somewhat block the next slash, although that sent her skidding back. She positioned herself next to a torch, while Isaac drew his secondary kama and backed away, next to a torch.

The creature jumped and span towards Ari. And brought its blade down upon her again with increasing speed with a slash that was carried through from above the crowd head.

Arianna knew that she wouldn't survive blocking, so she strafed to the side, out of the corner, while Isaac stood shakily by his torch. Arianna immediately slashed the crow's side, while Isaac took his torch and began to approach. He figured that it was a hydra situation: cauterize the wounds so that repair was impossible.

As the crows blade crashed into the ground and the pavement exploded around the impact, it hardly reeled at the attack Ari made. It slid its blade across the floor and slashed upwards At Arianna, which cut across her armour plated stomach and sent her flying across the room and crashing into the throne.

Slamming into the throne, Arianna groaned as she pushed herself off, steadying herself as she charged right back into combat, energy surging through her. Isaac was staying on the sidelines, although he had taken position behind the crow, and began to approach silently.

The crow walked across the floor, its blade grinding through the pavement like a spike as it slowly made its way towards Ari. It's arms began to tense up and the smoke gave off of it in plumes.

As Arianna kept charging, Isaac took advantage of his lithe posture to run towards the scarecrow from behind, his footsteps muffled by Arianna's charge. She was drawing steadily closer, aiming her sword towards the scarecrow's chest.

The crow had its stare gazed on Arianna. It dragged its sword out from the ground and the steel from both blades touched as it walked closer. [spoiler]Certain hit permitted for Isaac[/spoiler]

[spoiler]Yay![/spoiler] Isaac reared back his left hand, Arcane charging to his knuckles as he slammed his fist into the neck of the scarecrow: he doubted that would kill it, but the sheer force and charged energy sent the scarecrow flying forwards, straight towards Arianna. Arianna suddenly strafed to the scarecrow's sword side so that she could avoid the blade. She suddenly swung, with energy rushing through her so that she could cut through the scarecrow.

As the crow was propelled forward Arianna felt it's weight hit her blade as it left the floor from the force. Her blade cleaved through the crows waist, and it twirled as its upper body was separated from its legs. It was thrown forward as it's upper half fell against the throne while its legs fell to the ground limply. The torso of the body moved its arms weakly as its greatsword had dropped beside it. Straw was falling out of the bottom of its body as the smoke dissipated and left the scarecrow alone. It looked around weakly at the two who stood in front of it, its arms barely moving and its head held upright shakily. "W-what's...going...on?" It asked in its child like voice. "Why...is everything...going dark?"

Arianna silently sheathed her sword, while Isaac merely stood still, sputtering as if attempting to speak, yet failing. Arianna sighed sorrowfully, as she had predicted that it would come to this: Isaac did not. "...I-I'm sorry." Arianna said, kneeling next to the scarecrow, as she futilely held its hand. "...Felix did this, and we were forced to... God. I'm so sorry.." Arianna went silent afterwards, closing her eyes as she thought of something merciful. "...If you want, I can...end the pain. Make it quick, if you...if you think that's alright."

The crow looked at Arianna for a moment with its blank expression. Then, with its free hand, it reached down to its side and grabbed the ocarina from its pocket and handed it to Arianna. "C-can you...give that to Zane, please? And...the other instruments...to Rorek and his sister? Please?" It asked Arianna with weak breath.

Arianna opened her eyes and looked upon the ocarina, silently nodding as she took it with her free hand. "I shall. I don't know Zane very well, or his son, but...I'll get these to him." She smiled, pocketing the ocarina and sighing. "...Is that all, then?"
