A man, who was walking on the street at the time looked at her, rolled his eyes and said something about genocidal maniacs, quietly but clearly audible to the guardian's sensative ears, turned around and walked up to her, with a badly disguised fake smile.
"Welcome to the dojo, guardian!"
It wasn't very enthusiastic, but it seemed it was the most enthusiastic he would get.
