"P- p- Patricks? What the hell are you doing in a place like this?" Royal asked, blinking his eye a few times and reaching up, only to let his hand fall.
"And give me a minute please. Gathering my bearings."

"Hmmmm? Oh, sure. Sure." Patrick's said as he knelt down beside Roy. "We got a report that Northpeak went off like a nuclear blizzard out of no where. We wanted to check in as fast as we could to make sure the Coldbourne's didn't just test a new weapon on their people, which i would expect from one of their damned own." Patrick's said about Lilly with an aggressive tone. Clearly, he hadn't met her. "When we got here the entire city had about a metre of snow. Everyone was in some sort of frozen paralysis, including you! Looks like everyone is waking up now though." He said. Then Roy realized... Where was Lilly? She wasn't there?

"Everyone? Joseph? And what about Lilly is she encased as well?" He asked, blinking again and reaching for Patricks

"The Coldbourne Girl?" Patrick's asked with a raised eyebrow. "She wasn't here when we got here. We searched, but we got no sign of her." Patrick's told Royal. "I've got scouts out now and all remaining factions of Infinite Corp looking for leads. We should have something soon enough."

"No.... No no. Cut it all. Stop looking for her. The more you look, the less likely you'll find her." Royal grabbed Patricks' shoulder and pulled himself to his feet, shaking himself off

"What? Royal you can't be thinking that straight right now. I know you still must be shaken up but..."

"No. I'm thinking very straight. Stop the searching for her. I need to find her. [i]Alone.[/i] I don't want to forcefully drag her into this, okay? Just. Please...." Royal said, glancing at Patricks' with a pleading look

"Royal she could be any where in the world. Are you sure you wanna track her with the only lead being that she isn't here?" He asked him as he stood up tall. He was taller then Royal by a few inches.

"Yes. If she sees the corporation looking for her, it'll push her farther away." Royal said, sounding more to reassure himself than Patricks "Or keep it low. I'd say a dozen spies at least, but don't go all out."

"If you say so, sir." Patrick's said. Suddenly a man ran up to Patrick's. "Sergeant Patrick's sir!" The soldier asked. "We've received a call from the Ollimund region!" "The ollimund region? Hand me the phone." Patrick's demanded as the soldier then handed him the phone. Patrick's got on the phone and began to talk to someone. "What is it?" Patrick's asked. "Teluria...? Are you sure?"

"Spit it out. What's going on?" Royal demanded Patricks, glancing at the man

Patrick's raised his finger up to Roy. A "wait for it" gesture. "Got it. Keep me posted." He said as he hung up. "Roy. We found a lead. She could be in Teluria, a city in the Ollimund region. Apparently they just had a random snow fall, in a single part of the city, for a few seconds."

"Get your troops out of there, but keep them posted around the outskirts okay?"

"Aye aye sir." Patrick's told Roy in agreement. "How do you plan on getting there? The Coldbourne's control the only few air strips in the mountains. I can give you a ride, if you need it." "That won't be necessary Patrick's." said a voice. Joseph had entered the room. Though the Infinite corp guards looked like they had take his weapon. "I can take Roy to the ollimund region." "Ha! Like hell you are Joseph. You're a damned traitor." Patrick's yelled at him. "Who let him in here?!" "Be that as it may, Patrick's, I'm still loyal to Lilly. I'd give my life for her, Or royal so that he could find her." "Then as soon as you find her you'll shoot Roy in the back right? Like hell you're taking him!"

"Patricks... Calm down. Okay?" Royal said, glancing at the soldier. "Just because he changed sides doesn't mean he's a traitor. Sometimes, you gotta pick a side to survive." Royal then looker over at Joseph. "He's our best bet as of right now, and unless you have a soldier in the ranks of the Coldbournes, you need to stay safe." "Lilly took North Peak without any casualties. I plan on keeping it that way."

"Outstanding." Joseph said as he turned to Patrick's. "I'll need my gun back, if you don't mind." "Hmph!" Patrick's let out as he gestured for one of his soldiers to bring him the MTR assault rifle that Patrick's took then threw to Joseph. He caught the rifle and slung it around his shoulder. "Don't shoot yourself in the foot." Patrick's told him mockingly. "I'll try not to, thanks for the warning. Roy? You ready?"

"When aren't I ready?" He asked, giving a smile

"Hmm! Well, if that were true you wouldn't have gotten frozen!" Jospeh said to Roy. The two made their way out of the palace and down to a white, Coldbourne issued jeep. It would provide the incognito needed to get out of the mountains. Joseph got into the drivers seat and turned on the jeep.

Royal sat in the passengers seat, and looked out the window "What a way to start this, huh?"

"No kidding. But I may have an idea on how to find Lilly in Teluria. We can't just be asking people around otherwise that will draw unwanted attention." Joseph said as he began to drive out of town. "There's a figure there who calls himself 'The Shadow.' He is an expert in making people disappear, but he's also an expert in finding out where they are. The F.D was planning on having a team finding him, and I still have some records on me that could help us out. If that's the way you wanna play it, that is."

"Lilly wouldn't be able to disappear, would she? She's a Coldbourne. I imagine it'd be difficult." Royal commented, not trying to sound rude

"Ya, but she's smart Roy. Very smart. Though the more of a notoriety she is the better." Jospeh said to him.
