He checks to make sure the sights are aligned and the magazine is cleared, just as he does before and after every fight. He does the same with the other before putting them back. "So will this be a "draw" type of thing for reaction speed and accuracy, or...?" he asks

Marker pointed towards the bridge that went across the river. On the bridge was a Militia grunt, holding an apple in either one of his hands, with an apple on top of his head.

Cylus saw the target and watched as the other militia member rode through the courtyard. He aimed his pistol and waited. [i]As he concentrated, his enhanced reflexes began to kick in, seemingly slowing down time for him.[/i] He squeezed the trigger, and the apple bursted off of the Grunt's head.

"Mostly advanced Kevlar fibers and metal plates. The hood and everything." Cylus says as he pulls off his helmet. "I admit, I've taken a lot of inspiration from comics I read as a kid." "The helmet has a dual shell. Also infused with Kevlar and metal plates, it has one layer containing an operating system for Q. It includes earpieces and basically creates an HUD for me when I fight. The second shell is an infusion of the same materials, and some others to provide immunity to tacticals such as flashbangs and what not." he says. "All bulletproof."
