[b]At the gates[/b]
[spoiler]Look at just the picture, not the words that happen to be on the web page.[/spoiler]
[b]Fortis and his large group of soldiers and assorted Dojo members had reached Alpha-Tui. Over the hill rose a large gate, and beyond an even larger citadel.[/b]
"This is supposedly the place where we will find the one who will forge the relic. Be careful though, there may be a few around here that will not like our presence."
[spoiler]Open. If you want to join in on the plot and have not yet done so, do it now or be forever left out.[/spoiler]

He quickly flies onto one, holding onto it with a tight grip.

[b]The door opens on the side of a ship.[/b] "All you had to do was knock."

"Are we still on the universal map?"

"Yes, we are. In fact I don't know of any place outside of the universe."

"I should show you my pocket dimension at some point..."

"You have a dimension in your pocket? That is awesome."

"... Yeah I guess you could say that. Let's just go with that. "

"Ok, we have wasted enough time already. Let's go!" [b]Fortis gives a signal and all of his vehicles start moving towards the gate rapidly.[/b] "You might want to hop on one, unless you can travel faster than 250 miles per hour."

"Should I just teleport us?"

"Charging through gates boosts moral! Also, the gate blocks teleportation, along with scanners and almost every form of radiation or energy. So, since I don't feel like crashing into an invisible barrier at thousands of miles per hour, no." [b]Fortis flys off into the heart of his fleet.[/b]

"Here we go.." [b]Royal hopped on one of the car tank things [/b]

[b]The hatch on top was empty, giving Royal the option to either go inside with the rest of the crew or hop in the machine gun turret.[/b]

"Oh writer. You know me so well!" [b]He hops into the machine gun turret At the same time, two dojo cruisers boom into the planet's orbit [/b]

[spoiler]How did they get here?[/spoiler] [b]As they pass through the gate, it seems like they are going to have a clean run to the city. However, a large fleet of ships blockades the way.[/b] "Are you indeed soldiers of the one named Fortis?" [b]A megaphone announces.[/b]

[spoiler]This place is on the universal map, and Royal contacted the dojo. He set it up so that these two cruisers followed him After all, Fortis did say to bring troops... [/spoiler] [b]The ships orbited the planet for a while as Royal sat back, reaching into a shadow portal and pulling out a can of Coke Zero [/b]

[spoiler]I see.[/spoiler] "Well, if I answer yes, will any harm come to us?" [b]Fortis says.[/b] "Yes, it will." "Then, uh, FIRE!" [b]All off the ships cannons light up and fire large energy projectiles at the enemy ships. The tanks and ground vehicles also start pounding the ships.[/b]

[spoiler]Yee... [/spoiler] [b]As soon as the ground troops had opened fire, a dozen gunships launched from either cruiser and their Mac Cannons bombed enemy lines. The gunships dropped off behind Fortis' troops, tanks and troops poured out, providing reinforcements [/b]

[spoiler]They have no ground troops...[/spoiler] [b]Fighters and warships pour out of Fortis's bigger ships and also confront the enemy. The enemy ships greatly outnumber Fortis's though, and begin to release fighters, along with returning fire.[/b]

[b]Dojo fighters launch off as well, multiple dog fights in the air with scattered gunfire through the battlefield. A few hundred meters behind Fortis, there was forward operation base being set up on the ground to organize troops [/b]

[b]The enemy ships don't seem to be taking much damage. The only ships they have lost are the ones they deployed, while their main cruisers remain unscratched.[/b] "Royal, want to board one of those ships?" [b]Fortis says, flying down to him.[/b]

[b]Royal jumped out of the turret as it was destroyed by rocket/missile From the ground, he called up to Fortis [/b] "Hell -blam!-ing yeah!" [b]He got up, almost excited [/b]

"There is a fighter waiting for you on board my ship. I am sure you can teleport up there." [b]He flies back to his ship.[/b]

[b]Royal quite literally drowned into the floor, and stepped out of the shadows on Fortis ship [/b] "Nice place"

"Thank you, now here are the keys to your fighter. Please try not to crash it. There is a stealth function on the fighter, so use that to get close to the carrier. I will be the one to punch a hole through the ship, so wait for my signal to fly in."

"Just make sure you actually do punch through, yeah?" [b]He took the keys and set off towards his fighter. He stopped for a moment, and looked back at Fortis [/b] " Bonam Fortunam."
