"...Socialization." Dojoville, Random Café 1:31 PM, Tuesday Irina S. Eilizia As the snow fell from the grey skies and covered the concrete streets of the city of Dojoville, civilians bristled into the buildings that lined the streets of the large town, cars and trucks passing through as the masses carried onwards with their daily lives, the ice freezing over windows and the earth itself. It was a regular day, really - and Irina absolutely hated it. Sitting idly outside of a café whole checking a light silver pendant that also served as a watch, Irina sighed, her breath fading away into the air as more snow fell from the skies. She was completely unharmed, and not exactly in the mood for any sort of combat at all. Wrapped around her thin body was her classic dark leather longcoat, with a white thread buttoned up shirt underneath that, a handkerchief protruding from the neckpiece of the outfit itself. A dark, well-mannered cape was draped over Irina's left shoulder, probably to signify some sort of importance, or possibly for style. Leather gauntlets and wool boots hide away her hands and feet, concealing them from the cold in similar fashion to the leather fabric pants she wore alongside the outfit. And, to top off Irina's signature outfit - a black tricorne hat, the feather of a pure white pigeon protruding from the back of it. Irina was currently waiting outside, as after an intense argument with the manager, she wasn't allowed inside, as she would have "scared away customers". Instead, she was waiting for her waiter to come around with a warm cup of hot coffee outside, a frozen umbrella above her head as she sat at a black iron table, Irina herself taking up one of the four chairs. She hoped that someone - anyone, from that psychotic Russian Jason to the augmented cowboy John "JT" (She personally refused to call him John.), to the famed Deity, or perhaps even Quincy. Irina didn't mind at all who came around, but she wasn't going to be starting shit up. ((Open for some social interaction with everyone's favorite Vileblood.)) ((I'd prefer if it remains social, to be honest.)) ((Unfortunately, no shit will be pulled. ._. Let's just get going.))

  • He saddened momentarily, then perks up. "Christmas decorations are fun." He says with a chuckle.

"Yeah...you alright th- Oh. I...I see now. Yeah, I was...already in a relationship. Sorry, just thought you'd understand." Irina's usually pale face turned even paler as she responded, as if she was embarrassed yet angry at herself.

  • "Oh honestly it's fine." He smiles at her. He didn't really know what to say. "Snows pretty isn't it?" He says as he looks at a falling flake. He snaps his finger and it stops, a red energy seeming to stop it, it didn't melt, it hovered. It moves towards him. He grabs it in his hand. He enlarges it, it was about the size of a penny, and beautiful. It glittered and shimmered beautifully in the winter sun. "Every one is different." He says as he looked at it. He handed it to her, she could see the crystals as they glittered. "It won't melt. Hold it..." He says with a smile.

The woman only stared at the marvelous snowflake, the frozen spectacle between her light, gloved fingers. Irina was quite amazed by it - she only knew two people with something similar to this kind of ability, so it definitely surprised her. "Amazing...I've always loved the snow, but this is just...amazing. Where did you learn to do this?"

  • "Well... that's a long story." He says with a smile, his breath visible in the air. He stands, holding his hand out for her to take. "If you've got the time."

  • Directly across from her, a chair was pulled out and someone sat down. She looked over and saw the familiar emerald eyes and flaming red hair of her lover.

In response to the sudden appearance of the one she loved above all, Irina only whistled in a flirtatious manner, before speaking up with a smile on her pale face. "Athena, Athena, Athena...where have you been, my love? It's gotten lonely without you."

"Oh, nothing much. Planning for the holidays, getting hired by some guy named Deity. Something about doing good for the world, that stuff." Other than the occasional fight, Irina had been pretty comfortable, although she missed Athena.

"Such a big change for someone like me. I feel as if I'm a completely different person." Irina laughed to herself a little, sighing as her breath faded away into the freezing air. "Always loved the winter months. Reminds me of Yharnam 'n Cainhurst. My home."

"Heh. I love the cold, for some really weird reason. It reminds me of the place that kept me safe from the Healing Church, and the Executioners, least till they actually found a way to get there. Cainhurst, of course, was that place." Irina had considered the Gothic-Victorian castle a home for almost ten years, as it had housed her while she was hunted by the Healing Church. It held a special place within her heart (alongside Athena, of course).

"Long story. Pretty much retreated to here, it was...only one man. Daniel. He's...he's dead now." Daniel had been the one that had made Irina a mute before she arrived at the Dojo by literally slicing and tearing out her tongue. Nasty business.

  • Sensing the change in Irina when she talked about Daniel, Athena put 2 and 2 together. "I take it there's more to the 'Daniel part' of the story?"

  • Soon, a figure sat in the seat across from Irina, which was pretty daring and taboo in the eyes of many people within the Dojo's view. Though the man was, as one could assume from just how ballsy he was, John Truman, the Marshal of the Final Frontier. He had no equipment on him, save for a brown duster, one in pristine condition with golden fabric seams and buttoned right up to his neck, where he had two buttons left undone to allow his emerald green jumpsuit beneath to show, including the black trimming of it. His face was covered in a shadow produced by his cowboys hat, which had seemed to have gotten a metallic edge along it, which was concealed beneath the fabric. "Don't scream, I'm not here to kill you." He said, bluntly. No emotion or tone within his words as per usual, but he didn't seem as down as he usually was.

"Oh. Hey there." It was certainly a nicer, more comfortable thing to hear, someone openly saying "Not here to blow your brains out" to Irina. Of course, she feared death at the hands of a residing member still - but she didn't fear that from JT, although she was still bothered by the emotionless attitude he had. "What's up? Want some coffee, hot chocolate...water?" Irina would've attempted to at least try and cheer JT up in the slightest - she personally didn't know why, she just wanted to. It was so weird, seeing someone she had heard about looking dampen and worn out.

  • "No thanks, though I appreciate the offer." JT was speaking blandly because he was unsure as to whether or not Irina would lash out and try to kill him in some strange form of self defence, although her offer made him assured that she was on a more peaceful side of things for the day, so a bit of friendliness came to his otherwise somber tone. "So Vileblood, what brings you to this here shop?"

"Mm. Fine by me. As for me, well...I'm surprised the mob of villagers with pitchforks and rifles haven't showed up to "burn the Vileblood" or something like that. Thought I'd get out of the Dojo for a cup of nice hot chocolate in the middle of winter. I'm also thinking about some Christmas decorations 'n stuff, for me and Athena's apartment...nothing too expensive, I've...yet to get a job. Since Y'know, mass murderer and all." That practically summarized Irina's entire day, to be completely honest. Evasion of (reasonably) murderous civilians, planning for the holidays, and even thoughts about an actual job for once. All she was good at was killing, really...so she thought mercenary work would be fine, although she would probably make Athena fearful and would've been hated for past occurrences. "Anything up in cowboy land? Augs, I guess?"

  • "Firstly, I lived in New York you dick. Secondly, not all that much. Got a girl, aug shop stocks have went up, it's all going pretty well on my end." JT joked when he called her a dick, though he did live in New York for the better part of his life. Well, Cedyetica, but he calls it New York because Cedyetica confuses the -blam!- out of people. As for the girl he was referring to Charlotte, and in terms of the stocks, he was making a fortune on bullish stock markets. "And who's this Athena?" JT curiously asked, his voice a cooing tone to resemble that of a sixth grader talking about girls to his friends. In a friendly and jesting manner of course, truly he was more mature than he presented himself.

Irina chuckled quietly at the "insult", as she obviously found amusement in the joke. Mostly because she was extremely vulgar herself, and also because she was sarcastic as all hell. "Athena? She's my...well, I guess the proper term would be girlfriend. I know, I know; the fúcking psychopath that murdered and pillaged Dojoville also had a girl waiting for her to get home after senseless murder sprees. And no, I'm not proud of what I did." The basic summary of how Athena and Irina met involved several beers, two pens, the two communicating through a Post-It note because Athena was cool, and Irina was mute, and eventually leading back to Athena's apartment, where shit went down.

  • "Kid you aren't even that bad of a murderous psycho bitch, certainly ain't a complete edgy dick like the last one I met." JT had been to the stars way too many times. He overthrew governments, assassinated high profile targets, did questionable women and drugs, and through all that, he seen Irina as a chill and decent psychopath that he would probably share a beer with. "Though that's good to hear, Athena from the Dojo at all?"

"Pretty sure, though I personally don't know. I've seen here in the Dojo before, if that's what you mean. If you mean she's from this place, I personally doubt it. And another edgelord dick? Oh my. Tell me about about 'em. Actually, let me guess; skeleton wearing a bunch of Steampunk shit with evil flesh powers." Irina had randomly guessed about the so-called edgelord, although I may or may not have just called out Mulligan there with the skeleton thing. To be completely honest, Irina didn't like having another edgelord around, as A - Even though she classified herself as one as a joke, she -blam!-ing hated edgy people, and B - Edgelords were known for absolute bullshit, that was something both the writer and Irina knew.
