"W-when i first showed up h-here i th-thought th-is pl-place would be s-safe for m-me an-and my f-family...I only have my two sisters, my brother and my grandma... they're all smaller and younger then me, besides Grandma she's just old, so i didnt want to risk them out in the open...p-people get scared when they see a l-lot of b-big monster-looking things like us... i couldnt get a paying job anywhere and that's why i took the bread...that hole leads to a tunnel i dug for them..."
He seemed to calm down as he talked but he was still scared. He sounded quite young as well, despite his size.

[i]Jason felt a pang of regret at hearing the werefox's story, a sad grimace drawing itself on his face as he kept approaching. He didn't speak a single word, just coming closer and closer, twigs and leaves crushing beneath his weight. Then, he stopped at the werefox's side, the Russian extending his right hand down at him. He then spoke up again, voice remaining as distorted and mechanical as before, all thanks to his helmet, [/i] "Name's Jason. Sorreh for scarin' ya, pal. Eva thought 'bout bringing her fam' ta da Dojo? Plenteh o' monster-lookin' folks there, as y'called 'em. Y'could get an actual home, too, 'stead o' a hole undah da ground. 'Nd, kiddo, I must say: y'sound awfulleh young fo' yer height."

He took his hand, still a little shaken up. "I-i m Karishad. Its fine, im used to it by now. And yeah, i have, i just havent been able to find somewhere yet. And yeah, im a little tall compared to some others but im actually short for my age.."

[i]He swiftly pulled Karishad to his feet with just his right arm. Then again, it was his cybernetic, after all. Really strong and really tough. [/i] "Y're short?" [i]The Russian asked as he let go of the werefox's hand, having to look up at him. His voice was filled with disbelief and doubt. There was just no way this guy was short. [/i] "Wha're ya?"

"A werefox..." he said kind of quietly. "Like a werewolf but...smaller.. and we have tails.."

"Aha. Well, I've seen weirdah shiet, so 'tis 'kay. Wha' 'bout yer sisters, yer bro, 'nd yer grandmama? They da same? Y'mentioned most o' yer fam's youngah than ya, how old are ya?"

"S-sixteen sir, human years. My one sister is nine and my the other two are twins. They're both six. My grandma's...uh...old."

"Sixteen? Canines age like four times as fast.. Hmm. Four times sixteen.. Uh.. Hmm. That's a, uh.. a lot. Yeah. A lot. Makes yer sister, wha', thirteh sumthin'? Tha's almost as ol' as meh. Forteh. Now, y'gonna go ta da Dojo?"

"I-i think your thinking that we age like normal canines, s-sir.. we actually age twice as slow as a human... im basically eight... and yeah, ive been to the dojo. I managed to make some money but it ran out quick."

He nods. "Rings a bell. Well, thanks for not killing me."

"Tell meh if ya see her, ye? I want her head. 'Nd, no need ta thank meh, Karishad. I could bring yer fam' sum food daileh if ya realleh don' wanna move in?"

"Really? You'd do that?" He seemed happy, yet still a little unbelieving.

"Ye. Y'all seem ta be in sum trouble, so why not help, eh? Plus, allies're always nice, don' ya thin'?"

"Yeah, i guess. Seriously, thanks." He holds his hand-paw-thing out to shake. (it look more like a paw than a hand, but still has a useable thumb).

"'Tis no biggie," [i]Jason said, looking down at the hand, before taking it with his own. His grip was firm. Tight, but not uncomfortably so. He shook the werefox's hand a few times, before withdrawing his own. [/i]

He looked around. "I should probably go, my family's probably worried.."

"Aight, bud. Y'go 'nd tell 'em I said hi, 'kay? I'll be goin', too. Y'all enjoy tha' bread; I'll bring sum food o' mah own soon."

"Thanks again, you're helping a lot. And good luck with the whole Vileblood thing." He starts to job away, then switches to a steady lope on all fours.
