Alpha was working on his sparrowhawk, clad only in jeans and a black T-shirt emblazoned with the delta rune, when he heard the noise of the magical conflagaration and Marcia's yell of pain
He put down his tools and went to the gate quickly, and headed towards the forest, only bringing the dagger he had on hand with him, and a flashlight
"Yo?"

Alpha's approach had not gone unnoticed by the mage, funny enough. The woman felt something within him - something she could consider magical, something..strong. She didn't know what it was, but Marcia was almost drawn to it, like a moth to a flame. So as he approached, Marcia's eyes suddenly locked onto him, the magnificent deep dark blue illuminating the darkness. As he came into sight, or at least, Marcia could feel that he was close, she only waved towards him, stopping in place. "...H-Hey...D-Do I know you?"
-
"I'm afraid not, but I know a rosegold when I see one, y'all'd made quite the name for yourselves" Something about those eyes....the magic and power behind them....it brought unease to alpha, but he himself was indeed magical, as he drew ever closer you could feel the fabric of not one, but two beings within him His own eyes also were blue, a kind of blue within blue made from a genetic defect in his pupils, tinting them a deep azure, while his irises were a lighter shade, and he retained the pure whites of the rest of his eyes

"I...I guess.. So...what is your name, then? I-I'm Marcia, by the way. One of the only two that actually graduated from John West.." Marcia was, indeed, one of the only two of her sisters that managed to graduate the school of magic. The others were either kicked out or left on their own. Though, with what she had now? John West's Magic was nothing compared to it. "...I guess you heard the...destruction."
-
"....I did, guess you ain't the only one full of magic that they.....well, I'm sure you understand yours" He said sadly, but he shook it off and calmly yet softly asked "Do you need help getting anywhere?"
-
"...I...I can find my way back. I can sense the magical presence of the Dojo. Or its inhabitants and what they've left behind. I can get there on my own, but thank you.." Marcia proceeded to head towards the Dojo, passing Alpha blindly before suddenly bumping into a tree with an "Oof!"
-
"yeah yeah, and I'm donald -blam!-ing trump, lemme help" he padded towards her, funnily enough, something was off about alpha, the second soul within him the second soul was how you saw him, magical as it was Yet, it seemed broken, and alpha's own seemed to shield it, nurture it, and it seemed to call out to you
-
Marcia suddenly turned towards Alpha, staring into him as she strongly felt the anomaly within Alpha. She wanted to reach out and touch it; to rip it from him and take it for her own purposes. Even though Marcia was loving and kind...she would do anything for more power. "...There's something within you...something powerful, something...something more than just powerful.. Tell me..what is it?"
-
"I don't know what you're talking about" He said quickly, something told you that he was lying
-
"You know full well about what I'm on about. Reveal yourself! Now!" Marcia legitimately wanted to...well, not witness whatever Alpha had within him, although she could see the general shape of magic and magic-related objects and beings. She wanted to learn of what he could do, gain knowledge from it...gain power from it.
-
"Go away, can't you see you've hurt yourself enough that's right, you can't see" Even though he tried to put a barb in his words, he felt a small fear start to grow in him, and he backed away
-
Something legitimately snapped within Marcia. "YOU.." A dark blue aura began surrounding her as suddenly, bright orbs of pure blue energy formed within her hands. ...She was pissed.
-
He reached for his dagger, and fire appeared in his other hand "Get away!" He threw the fire at your feet while backing away, the golden-orange flames licking up the grass at your feet
-
Edited by Orn: 10/31/2016 8:16:34 PMDetecting the fire, due to the fact that it had been casted similar to a spell, Marcia suddenly reacted by holding out her hand and releasing a burst of dark blue energy towards Alpha. The energy sent the fire away towards Alpha, while also speeding towards him. (Arcane Blast - 100 Mana 5000 - 100 = 4900 Remaining)
-
He rolled to the side, and since he was getting scared, and rather angry and upset, his body started to change, marcia could literally see him now, or at least his eyes, glowing black with white slits in the middle
-
A smile of madness crossed Marcia's face as her fist became concentrated in blue energy, and she suddenly charged straight towards Alpha. She literally tried to grab his hand with the dagger, while reaching for his other hand with her not-so-magical hand.
-
He jumped straight over her head, his animalistic body allowing him to jump higher than a normal human mid-jump, he twisted and slashed at your face with the dagger
-
A feminine yell of pain sounded just then as the dagger sliced through Marcia's cheek, blood already beginning to drip from the wound. Falling back, Marcia rose up while clutching the new wound; her biggest disadvantage was that she couldn't see. She could only see Alpha's shape, and even then, she was so unfamiliar with her new blindness. She was slowly beginning to panic.
-
he merely backpedaled, he didn't want to hurt her and that was in the hopes of driving her off.....which seemed to be working
-
Instead of being driven off by the attack, Marcia held her ground as blood dropped through her fingers and began dripping to the ground. She seemed to have been waiting for Alpha, although she has begun shaking from...fear? Alpha could have used this to his advantage.
-
He advanced on marcia, hoping to drive her off with a vicious slash.....when he had a flashback as he reared up to attack, and he didn't see you, instead he saw a small boy of his race, smaller and shorter than him It hurt him to his core, knowing he'd let history repeat itself, and he dropped the knife, kicking it away and cutting his right paw in the process
-
The only thing that Marcia saw was the knife being flung away, while her deep blue eye peered straight towards Alpha. She didn't understand. Why give up, when he had the advantage. "No. No! Why are you giving up?! Fight me! Show me what you are capable of!"
-
"Fighting put me where I am......guess I never learned from my mistakes...." he sighed, and looked up at the sky
-
Edited by Orn: 11/4/2016 11:04:48 AM"..." Marcia suddenly froze in place for a moment. Part of her wanted to keep fighting, to see what Alpha could do. Part of her wanted to annihilate him with a beam of Arcane Stream, to incinerate him completely. But part of her also wanted to end this peacefully. "...Show me. Show me what you can do. Please."
-
"No. I can see the gears working If you want to kill me, fine, just.......remember there are reasons for why I fought, and... Family is one...."
-
"...I..." Marcia simply went silent, before sighing as she closed her deep blue eyes. For a moment, she looked as if she could fall over - and then she did. She sat down on the forest ground, looking up at Alpha silently. A frown was upon her face, but a look of embarrassment was as well.
