Stuff changes all the time, the guns aren't the same, the vendors sell different stuff, most the bugs are gone!

  • I am fine with that, but they locked away the only things I enjoyed doing in the game. Therefore, my game is worthless.

You lost 2 crucible activities??? That's pretty much it. Nightfall is endgame activity. You don't have the end game content anymore. Trails of Osiris is also endgame activity that gives endgame gear. You can still do the raids you paid for.

  • Did I beat the story, yes. therefore, I have access to end game content. Also, they cut more than 2 crucible activities. There is no more Control, Elimination, Iron Banner, Salvage, or Trials. One of the items I specifically paid for previously, Trials, has been locked away even though I own HoW.

  • I can't really sympathize for you. Just upgrade or get left behind that is how things usually are in MMOs

If Destiny were an MMO, then maybe I would consider your point. it is far from an MMO.

  • Do you know what MMO stands for?

  • of course. Massive Multiplayer Online. In what way is 16 people massive? Bungie themselves have stated that Destiny is NOT an MMO. So what is your point?

  • It's a MMO, people's friends list jumped from 30 to 500 because of all the people they meet here. It's like all other MMOs, they meet people and take on a PvE challenge together for better gear. New gear comes out all the time. It's not like Call of Duty were you are just PvP and fighting other random people.

  • In no way does that make Destiny an MMO. You seem to not understand the definition you are trying to slap on Destiny, and say even the developers are wrong in their own classification of the game. You make zero sense.

  • You seemed to be confused sir. Just because a game is a has FPS features does not make it only a FPS. Destiny is one of a kind mixing the MMORPG with FPS. Most MMOs I play are the classic mouse and keyboard with no shooting unless I click the mouse. Destiny just did a great job mixing it.

  • Again, to be an MMO means the game has to be Massive Multiplayer Online. This is not massive by any definition of the word, so should not be classified as such. You seem to be the one that is confused. Destiny is nothing more than a multiplayer FPSRPG. There is no massive multiplayer component. As I said earlier, the devs themselves said Destiny is NOT an MMO.

  • You don't think Destiny is massive? Idk where you have been. But it is extremely massive. I played a game called "Tales Runner" and it was a MMO but it was also a racing game. They had the competitive part and an co op part. There would only be 8 - 30 people in a game tho. There also had a tower part which they called the plaza. What is massive to you?

  • based on your logic then, Call of Duty is an MMO. Good luck convincing people of that. I don't know how many times I can say, that even the devs say Destiny is NOT an MMO.

  • The end game keeps moving. The current endgame isn't the endgame from last year, or from next year.
