agreed however it does need some sort of nerf how about 5 shot magazine instead of 3 and also reduce the time allowed between precision shots? This would mean that players are a lot less likely to land 5 precision shots in rapid succession and I believe this would be a justified nerf considering blackhammer is pretty OP at the moment.
