This idea/nerf was really stupid. The whole idea of the perk was that you get REWARDED for landing three precision hits on a target, sometimes the target has a difficult precision area and it's difficult to hit whilst being lit up by enemies therefore if you somehow managed to land three precision hits while enemies were lighting you up like a Christmas tree you would actually get rewarded. Now the reward feeling has gone and that's a shame. Bungie are literally taking the reward feeling out of the game. I'm being punished for having a Gjallarhorn and putting in more hours to get it than someone who has only put in a few hundred hours that doesn't have one and I know it's RNG and both have the same chance but I've put in more hours to increase my chance. I miss the start of Destiny. When Exotics had that feel about them and they were actually meant to be slightly over powered. Sigh**
