It might be worth getting, what with new content (NPCs) and new enemy/item placements.
Not to mention the DLCs and better multiplayer.
Plus them visuals.

I think I'm going to get it this weekend. I still need 2 more playthroughs on Bloodborne and the Witcher will be coming out. I need to fit it in somewhere. The new gens are finally getting some good games.
