I'm still deciding whether I want it or not. I got platinum on the PS3 and had 6 playthroughs. Started out sorcerer and then sunk points in strength/dexterity so I could use the Black Knight Greatsword(my favorite sword). I like a dual build because some bosses are easier with sorcery and some with a sword. Don't know if theres enough changes to go through that again.

  • It might be worth getting, what with new content (NPCs) and new enemy/item placements. Not to mention the DLCs and better multiplayer. Plus them visuals.

  • I think I'm going to get it this weekend. I still need 2 more playthroughs on Bloodborne and the Witcher will be coming out. I need to fit it in somewhere. The new gens are finally getting some good games.

  • I was honestly thinking the same thing, if I should buy it or not, and I have to say I am honestly having fun reliving DS2 all over again. There are A LOT more enemies in certain locations, changed some enemies entirely and put some in the randomest of places. You can now summon up to 3 people and have 6 people in your game in total. It also comes with all the DLC about $30 value(which I didn't get before) so I believe it will keep me occupied for awhile. making my builds again and stuff, which yes is kinda a drag if you played through it multiple times before, but my first character is finally at end game and I'm just loving killing people right now lol. So long story short if you had fun in the first one you will probably have fun with this one as well, but hey that's your $60 bucks spend it where you think your happiness may lie :)

  • I do miss playing it. Playing Bloodborne now. I really like it, but I like Souls better. I might end up getting it once I get platinum on Bloodborne.
