I came to that same realization shortly after Crota's End dropped... I had 3 of each VoG weapon maxed out, and had to dismantle two of each, leaving me with just one, thanks to this ridiculous vault space. Lots of work down the drain, for nothing. But now it's to the point where even keeping only ONE of each weapon, still doesn't give me enough breathing room to maneuver with this tiny storage space. I'm just floored by this. Good call on the number caps for individual items too. Stupid how one type can be unlimited, and another type can only have 20, and another type can only have 200.. What in the world were you thinking, Bungie? This makes absolutely no sense.
