I love them both, I really do. But their take is literally why EOF pooped the bed:
Hurrr, we want more difficult raids!
Durr, we want the game to be moar harder!
Hurr, we want moar grind!
Done, done and done.
How did that turn out?

They were there to get footage so they can market the expansion. Neither gave feedback leading to EoF either.
