Bungie Store

I genuinely do not know where to go to get help with the Bungie Store so I am throwing it into the void here. I purchased a Seraph Seal Pin from the Bungie Store on the 24th November. I received an empty box from the Bungie Store in the mail. I tried to contact the store for help in January with no luck, when I contacted again in May they said they would send me a replacement order, when I still had no tracking email in June I contacted again and they told me it would take time. It is now November again and I am wondering if I just paid $100 to be shipped an empty box? Genuinely just posting this in the hopes that somehow the information will get back up the chain so Bungie is aware just how poor of a job they are doing as a company. Sorry I ever tried to support this game I guess. Let me know if you also have had the same experience.
