Recycled Energy made it onto the bug list? Great (although it will probably not help it much what with Chunk Energy Scalar and all that)! Now do Reverberation.
As it stands Reverberation's effect, in the cases where it has one, is practically imperceptible as most special grenade launcher's already have high base blast radius and Explosive Light gives heavy grenade launchers the same effect and more. Reverberation straight up doesn't work with Disorienting Grenades as they set blast radius to -200 and Reverberation only gives +100, still in the minus. Moreover, it reduces the effect of Spike Grenades as more blast radius -> less impact damage.
What could it do? It could set the blast radius to 100, like Explosive Light does [citation needed], to bypass Disorienting Grenades but this leaves the same issue with special gls. It could give a multiplier to the blast size (but it'd still need the last suggestion for compatibility with Disorienting). It could adopt Kinetic Tremors' effect cause Reverberation sounds more like that effect than Kinetic Tremors does. It could be over-engineered for damage type effects to stack with other such perks. It could even just give a small boost to explosive damage or increase reload speed! Just something, you know, noticeable.
