DIRECT BUNGIE HELP NEEDED

I apologise if I seem a bit blunt here. please read on. [b]I have been playing on my bungie account since d1 year 1[/b], I took a break during light fall up until now, transferred over to ps5 from xbox one, activated cross save etc, and now all my stuff has been wiped. the only way you could even see that i've played is my friend list is still there. I have purchased every annual pass which has been released, every season up until lightfall and the current one. I have over 1500 hours on destiny 2, everything's gone. all my shaders, emblems, ghosts and ships, sparrows, even my guardians. I earned most of my gear through raids which are now removed from the game, therefore I will be unable to obtain them again, a small portion of these would be; my leviathan hard mode emblem, shaders etc. all my d2report tracker stats are gone, everything. in my time playing I have spent nearly £500 on silver alone, and all my monetary items are gone such as ornaments, emotes so on. I also have to repurchase all the dungeon keys, each one costing about £15-£20 each. I have resorted to making new guardians to try to earn my way back up, however im finding it hard to genuinely enjoy the game at this point due to this. PLEASE, if anyone knows how to fix this, or if bungie can directly get in touch with me then that will be greatly appreciated. I dont want my guardians back so to speak, but I want my [u]ornaments, shaders emblems, things which cost me physical money, (dungeon keys, eververse items and preorder bonuses) titles and triumph progress and my items which are now unobtainable, I miss my OG trials of the nine shaders!![/u] Thank you for reading my little rant, if anyone can help, it will be greatly appreciated.

Progress, season passes, and dungeon keys are all tied directly to the platform account. That said, your currently dormant xbox account (last played ~5 months ago) has significantly more play time does own the keys to Forsaken dungeon 30th aniversary dungeon, and Witch Queen dungeon. It would appear that during cross save set up, perhaps the incorrect platform save file was selected to be active. If this is the case, it can be corrected by disabling cross save, waiting the 90 day cool down, then reactivating cross save taking care to select xbox as your active save file. During the 90 day cool down each character set will only be playable on their original platform.
