I used to be a hardcore raider. I'm not anymore, but I'm watching people run pantheon and it is obviously made specifically for people who are ultra experienced in raiding..... those people already have all the loot. So what is the point of the rewards in pantheon? When I first heard about the raid exotics and stuff I thought it might be a good catch up mechanic... but it's not made for people who aren't currently hardcore raiders... and it sounds like LFG groups are having a really hard time staying together after a wipe because people are expecting perfection. I had thought about trying it out since I haven't been a hardcore raider since kings fall 2.0 and it might be worth getting some of the gear in missing.... but I don't think I will because it sounds like a slog
