Hey, I'm also GMT based. I jump started a clan with two of my friends a while ago and have been recruiting pretty hard to get people together so we can run raids and any stuff that people want to run. We're vastly experienced with all raids, having previously completed day 1 raids and all other PvE content. Most of the people I've recruited work full time, myself included, so there's no pressure to meet activity requirements as I'm also in the same boat and just play the game when I can. We're always looking to bring in more people regardless of experience as everyone can learn something new. A lot of players are US based here so there will be players on when you're on so you can always fins stuff to do.
