I'm going to say this right now. I enjoy the game and I've been playing it for years and yes, it has its ups and downs but one of my biggest pet peeves that I've always hated about this game is the constant nerfing of weapons. I really hate how incompetent the developers at Bungie are. Instead of nerfing weapons, they should just be buffing them or better yet let players have the ability to play the way that they want to play. This is the reason why I like Warframe a lot more. The developers are always super friendly and are constantly active with the community and they let players play the way that they want to play instead of nerfing things into the ground constantly. This last wave of nerfs that Bungie is doing is absolutely disgusting they're ruining sunshot for no real reason. The only reason why sunshots is good this season is because of the artifacts that are in the season. If you remove the artifacts sunshot will probably be going back to being used less so the fact that they're nerfing it absolutely disgusting. It's actually kind of funny how stupid they are. They see people using a weapon a lot and they immediately want nerf it and kill something that's good and fun. They're nerfing Osteo Striga even more which pisses me off. As a warlock, we don't have that many weapons or items that give us good synergy but Osteo Striga with necrotic grip has always been a good mixture and the fact that they're ruining Osteo Striga even more is disgusting. Can warlocks get at least one thing good, hunters and titans are always constantly buffed and given way better equipment and items, but warlocks always get nothing but garbage. It's -blam!- disgusting that one of the very few good things that we have Bungie is -blam!- up and ruining. I personally love Osteo Striga, I have over 40K worth of kills on that gun but because of this nerf I’m probably never going to use it again. Another stupid thing that they're doing is they're nerfing div even more. Not that many people use div anymore and now they're going to make it pretty much completely worthless because the only good thing left about div was the fact that you could quick-fire in rapid succession to reduce the amount of ammo that was required to produce the bubble but now they're completely removing that and making it so that it's requires a lot of ammo to make the bubble which is absolutely stupid. There have been many occasions where I've completely run out of div ammo in the middle of a boss DPS just by spamming the button imagine now you have to hold it down and just blow through so much ammo. I mean I have no idea what the hell Bungie was thinking with that. They're also going to be removing enemy weapon mods while at the same time quote on quote buffing guns, but it feels really more like a nerf. Nothing really has changed which is stupid and weapons like Witherhoard and izanagi's are pretty much going to be getting nerfs. I'm absolutely sick of the incompetency of the developers if you can't do your job right just quit and go back to college because you clearly didn't learn anything when you went there the first time. Maybe you can get it right the second time. It absolutely sickens and pisses me off that they constantly force incentivize us to play their game more and more by buffing and nerfing weapons so that it makes weapons that you use obsolete so that then you have to farm for the next great God roll for meta DPS for raids and stuff like that. After this DLC I really hope that this is their last one they need to move on and go and create other games they've done enough damage to this community and this game. You would think that they learned from all of their mistakes but no they just keep making the same mistakes over and over literally the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting there to be a different outcome I guess that all the people at Bungie are clinically insane to think that the community is stupid enough to think that this crap that they're doing is great content. I'm definitely going to be playing this game very little after the DLC comes out I would rather be in the game Warframe than destiny 2 because at least the developers at Warframe know that players should have the ability to play the way that they want to play and that they shouldn't nerf anything. You know it's bad when everyone's favorite toxic memer that loves to talk about nerfing things into the ground Saltagreppo even talks about how this is such a bullshit update. So thanks Bungie you nerfed a bunch of weapons for no apparent reason give yourself a pat on the back it's not like your community is on fire, heavily divided and full of toxicity, your game is dying, and the content is very lacking, but no nerfing weapons is the most important thing on your To Do List all that other stuff is just minor small inconveniences that you can just sweep under the rug and ignore.
